We are currently looking for an experienced Quarry Supervisor to join our friendly team based at Eaton Hall Sand and Gravel Quarry in Congleton, Cheshire.

Main Responsibilities
As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for day to day management and supervision of the quarry teams on site. This will include the planning of any tasks required throughout the day and week operationally in a safe manner. You will ensure the plant is maintained and operated safely and that a proactive preventative approach to maintenance is taken. You will be a team player, engaging with all sections of site and helping achieve a one team ethos.
The Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will possess previous experience working as a Quarry Supervisor or Chargehand with a sound understanding of how to manage a team on the day to day basis. As well as you will be an effective team player that can motivate and inspire other individuals to engage with the company's policies, targets, goals and standards.
Experience with risk assessment, HIRA process and permit system would be an advantage.
