General Operative

We are currently looking for a Night Shift Operative to join our friendly team based in Bayston Hill.

Working hours: 2pm - Midnight

Main Responsibilities

Reporting directly to the Supervisor you will be responsible for:

• Operation of the asphalt plant
• Operation of the weighbridge
• Assisting with maintenance tasks and general housekeeping
• Driving mobile plant
• Adhering to on site Health and Safety policies and procedures at all times and encouraging others to do so

The Ideal Candidate

This is a varied, complex and rewarding position that requires a self-motivated individual with a willingness to learn. Ideally, you will have experience within a similar role and industry. You will also:

• Possess good communication and organisational skills
• Be able to work independently and as part of a team
• Be motivated
• Be flexible in your working approach
