We are currently looking for a Land Development Coordinator to join our friendly team based in Tarmac Quorn, Leicestershire.

Main Responsibilities

The purpose of this role is to provide administrative support to the Land Development Team to ensure we operate safely, effectively and efficiently. You will be expected to do the following:​

  • Working collaboratively with the team to ensure all administrative tasks are completed in a timely manner and to a high standard​

  • Showing a ‘Proud to work for Tarmac’ attitude, building rapport and positive relationships with customers and internal colleagues.  ​

  • Being ambitious to learn new skills and achieve your own personal goals, as well as business goal​

On a day to day basis, the successful candidate's duties and responsibilities will include (but are not limited to) the following:

  • Organising internal and customer meetings including room bookings.​

  • Booking travel and accommodation for the Land Development Team, ensuring that bookings are cost effective.​

  • Taking responsibility for event related administration for the Land Development Team​

  • Placing stationary orders as and when required through the approved channels.​

  • Maintaining and developing various departmental trackers with information.

  • Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients.​

  • Providing administrative support such as note taking during meetings.​

  • Producing documentation for meetings such as presentations, agendas and notes/minutes.​

  • Assist the team with any other support requirements
