We are currently looking for a Multi-Skilled Operative to join our friendly team based at Mountsorrel Quarry, Loughborough, Leicestershire.

Main Responsibilities

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Multi-Skilled Operative to work at Mountsorrel Asphalt Plant. This is a permanent fulltime shift position; the successful candidate will play a vital part in the day-to-day safe and efficient running of the two asphalt plants on site. Previous experience working on asphalt plants or similar operations will be an advantage; but not essential.

The Ideal Candidate

This is a varied, complex, and rewarding position that requires good attention to detail and great communication skills.

The position is a permanent full-time shift, and the successful candidate will be partly responsible for the safe operation of the site. Previous experience working on asphalt plants will be preferred as well as operating fix and mobile plants, the role will require admin and compliance duties so it's vital you're comfortable with using computer systems, experience with Fortek, SAP, Excel and similar platforms will be an advantage.

You will also be expected to carry out housekeeping tasks and general maintenance assisting the fitting team. The successful candidate will carry out their duties whilst maintaining and exceeding all company Policies and Procedures.
