Job Introduction

Are you passionate about logistics and operational excellence? We are seeking a proactive and solution-oriented Fulfilment Planner to play a pivotal role in the efficient and cost-effective distribution of Aircrete & Aggregate Blocks. In this dynamic position, you will manage in-day issues, liaise with drivers, and protect vehicle utilisation to ensure our business meets customer requirements and optimises its logistical capabilities. You’ll be at the heart of our operations, resolving queries and incidents, managing drivers in real-time, and building strong relationships with a wide range of stakeholders—including hauliers, customers, sales, transport, and operational teams


Key Responsibilities

  • Maximise daily transport efficiency and fleet utilization
  • Respond quickly to disruptions, maintaining service levels
  • Communicate programme changes to stakeholders and planners
  • Work with hauliers, drivers, customers, and internal teams to resolve issues
  • Log and analyse incidents to prevent repeat occurrences
  • Support logistics strategies and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with transport legislation and safety standards
