Maintenance Supervisor Nights

Job Introduction

Location: Loughborough, Leicestershire, LE12 8GE
Hours: 48 per week,
Shift: A combination of shifts including 4 nights on, 4 nights off & 5 nights on,  5 off rotating 12 hr shifts.  17.45pm to 06.00am

We are currently looking for a qualified Maintenance Supervisor to join our friendly team based in our Mountsorrel quarry.

Main Responsibilities

As the successful candidate, you’ll provide an effective link between the Operations and Engineering team. Delivering a high level to quality to varied Mechanical Engineering related activities. You will be working closely with all members of the engineering team, reporting directly to the Maintenance Manager. Ensure all tasks are effectively carried out.  Provide supervision for the Maintenance engineers.

The Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate proven experience working within an Industrial, Factory or similar environment as a Maintenance Supervisor. As well as possess good communication skills and have a real desire in developing both engineering and supervisory skills.

Qualifications

• Recognized apprenticeship preferably a higher-level standard
• ONC/HNC Desirable
