We are looking for a Tarmac operative to join our team working from our Mullberry depot in Belvedere, DA17 6BS.

Main Responsibilities

Reporting directly to the Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for: 

• Small to medium patches in footway carriageway both breakout and repair

• Adhering to on site Health and Safety policies and procedures at all times 

• Ensuring all work is completed to the highest standard and complies with contract specifications 

The Ideal Candidate

To be successful in this role the ideal candidate will possess previous experience of Road Surfacing. They will also: 

• Cat C1+E  licence Essential, ideally CE

• NRSWA units 1-6 and CSCS card essential 

• Work effectively independently and as part of a team 

• Be able to communicate effectively  

• Be motivated 

• Be flexible in their working approach
